Volunteer Cornwall has been successfully delivering Volunteer Management qualifications since 2012. From 2018 we are now an ILM approved centre and are delivering a suite of courses in Leadership & Management based around Managing Volunteers.

Who is this qualification for?
This qualification is ideal if you are have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing your abilities. It’s particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.

Level 4 Leadership and Management
Who is this qualification for?
This qualification is designed for new and aspiring department heads, regional team leaders and other middle managers – really get to grips with the role, gain comprehensive business knowledge and develop the skills you need to lead at this level.
