FREE Hope Programme® - bringing together neurodivergent adults

Hope Programme® - bringing together neurodivergent adults

The Hope Programme is a free six-week self-management course designed for adults (18+) who are ready to explore new ways of looking after their health and wellbeing.

This Hope Programme® course brings together adults who identify as neurodivergent, or who are exploring whether they may be neurodivergent. It offers a supportive, respectful space to share experiences, focus on strengths and needs, and learn practical tools for health and wellbeing.

Volunteer Cornwall is the certified provider of the Hope Programme in Cornwall.

Led by Volunteer Cornwall trained facilitators from Recovery College Cornwall, each session blends proven techniques with supportive peer discussion, helping participants discover what matters to them and learn new tools for managing their health and wellbeing that last well beyond the course.
