“The Hope programme has helped me find myself again. Being a part of the group has allowed me to express myself comfortably and understand healthy coping mechanisms that I can implement into my life and the lives of those around me. I now understand that it’s okay not to be okay, because of this I’m very hopeful for the future and my own recovery.” (Participant 2021)
