Hope for Wellbeing for those experiencing anxiety
HOPE is a free six-week self-management course designed for people aged 18 or over who are ready to explore new ways of looking after their wellbeing. This HOPE session is aimed at supporting those who are experiencing anxiety.
Led by trained facilitators from Recovery College Cornwall, each session blends proven techniques with supportive peer discussion, helping participants discover what matters to them and build tools that last well beyond the course
