6 Week HOPE Programme in Rock

Join us for a 6 week HOPE programme at the St Minver Community Hub in Rock for people with Long Term Health Conditions.

The HOPE Programme is a free, self-care, self-management programme available to anyone living in Cornwall.

There will be a course starting on Thursday 12th October 2023 from 10:30am to 1pm, which will be delivered as weekly face-to-face sessions at St Minver Community Hub.

Venue: St Minver Community Hub, Trewint Playing Fields, Trewint Lane, Rock, Wadebridge, PL27 6LU

Time: 10:30am to 1:00pm
